In the realm of our popular TAO skate, the SHIFT brings durability and our lively Hybrid Tech, but offers a slightly different outline for those preferring an Asymmetrical style. Aaron Reed and our newest star Andrew Fortenberry prefer the switch stability provided by the Asymmetrical Outline and chose to go sans Grind Base with their boards to make them a bit smoother when riding up the wake. The SHIFT was designed to be a bit more boat friendly than the TAO, but don’t let that fool you, as it’s still a Hybrid with Liquid Rail Sidewalls. Strong enough for those days at the park or winching the ledge, yet smooth as butter behind the tow vehicle, the SHIFT is our most versatile high end skate!
