Quest | Liquid Force – 4’3

Speed: 7

Pop: 8

Slash: 8

Stays in Wave: 7

If taking your riding to the next level is your goal then look no further than the Liquid Force Quest. The Quest is made out of a lightweight EPS core paired with a carbon innegra laminate. If that tech talk is confusing, no need to worry, the point is that this board is light! This surfer offers crisp rails which gives you the control to carve into the lip with confidence, providing a solid pop and good slashes. The fins on this board are also placed further towards the nose than a regular surf style board which loosens up the tail of the board a bit and makes shuv-it’s much easier. This board’s exotic construction helps to put it at the top of the highest performing boards on the water. The Quest brings skim and surf style riding together for a board that is sure to give you the confidence to be the best rider on your pond.

 Reign | Liquid Force  – 53”

Speed: 9

Pop: 5

Slash: 9

Stays in Wave: 7

If you have followed boat wakeboarding you are probably aware that the Aero Core from Liquid Force helps create some of the lightest boards to hit the water. This same technology was put into the Liquid Force Reign to supply Jake Caster with a pro model surfer equipped with a PVC core as well as C4 Carbon strips on the top and bottom. What this means for us non-professional surfers is a fast, lightweight board that can spin underneath your feet with ease while still hooking up nicely for responsive carving. In our review we found that this surfer was one of the best carving rides in our lineup of skim style surfers. This board is designed for any rider whether you’re trying to land that first shuv, or push your game into the professional ranks.

Much like the skim style Wake Foamie, these boards are all about having a good time whether you’re learning to wake surf or experienced ripping on the water. Whatever your focus, the Fish Foamie can supply the fun. This surfer has a twin fin set up to keep you flying yet still locked into carves so you can dial in the perfect slash. With its foam top and PVC bottom you don’t need to worry about this board getting dinged so you can just focus on learning new moves and having fun. This board is a great option for anyone in need of a more durable board but isn’t interested in chasing skim style tricks. The Wake Foamies are a sure fire way to have fun out on the water and the Fish Fomie is a perfect board to add into anyones quiver.

Slash: 8

For the third and final time reviewing the last remaining Wake Fomie: these boards are sick. Amongst all three different people that rode the Foamies, across all three boards we had the chance to review they were all unanimously praised. Not only is this longboard style surfer still durable and beginner friendly it’s also great for simply cruising. This is a perfect ride to go out and flow around the wake and truly enjoy being on the water while showing off some old school surf style. Rest assured no matter which Wake Foamie you choose, you are going to have fun and enjoy the surf.
